All the information in KodeshPages is related to places with orthodox Jewish interest. The information in the KodeshPages is provided by the users.

KodeshPages does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, manage and/or control the places, properties, businesses or other listings on the site.
KodeshPages provides the users a platform to share this information with each other, therefore KodeshPages cannot and does not control the Content contained in any listings, reviews, questions, answers, photographs or videos, audio, posts, events, articles, comments, suggestions, messages, ideas or the like contained in any submissions or any type of information on the site, and the condition, legality or suitability of any listing. KodeshPages is not responsible for and disclaims any and all liability related to any and all listings, reviews, questions, answers, photographs or videos, audio, posts, events, articles, comments, suggestions, messages, ideas or the like contained in any submissions or any type of information on the site, and any type of information sharing will be made at the guest’s own risk.

Account Registration and termination

In order to access certain features of the Site, you must register and create an account (referred to as “KodeshPages Account”) in order to become a Member of the site. We will create your KodeshPages Account and your KodeshPages Account profile page for your use of the Site and Application based upon the personal information you provide to us.

You may not have more than one (1) active KodeshPages Account. You agree to provide only accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update if changed such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. KodeshPages reserves the right to suspend or terminate your KodeshPages Account and your access to the Site if you create more than one (1) KodeshPages Account or if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. If we exercise our discretion under these terms to do so, the following can occur with or without prior notice or explanation to you your KodeshPages Account will be limited, suspended, terminated, closed, deactivated or canceled, your password will be disabled, and you will not be able to access the Site, Services, your KodeshPages Account, your User Content, or receive assistance from KodeshPages Customer Service. Please note that if your KodeshPages Account is cancelled, we do not have an obligation to delete or return to you any Content you have posted to the Site.

Listings

As a Member, you may create Listings. To create a Listing, you will be asked to enter a variety of informative details about the Listing to be listed, including, but not limited to, address, name, phone number, E-mail, services, type, and more. In order to be featured in Listings via the Site, all Accommodations must have valid physical addresses. Listings will be made publicly available via the Site. Other Members will be able to read the information provided in your Listing.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all Listings you post.
KodeshPages reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Listing for any reason, including Listings that KodeshPages, in its sole discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms or KodeshPages’s privacy policies.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. KodeshPages urges its users to investigate and review all travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories. By listing information relevant to travel to particular international destinations, KodeshPages does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for any type of damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

Unauthorized activities
